I always come back here when I go to Batu. The hotel is the best, kids-friendly, the food is delicious, the staff are all friendly, especially Kak Nova (male) in the FO department. Thanks for the service, the best, the best 🙏☺️

The hotel staff were very friendly and always smiling. We checked in early and were contacted via WhatsApp if our room card was ready. Excellent service. The room was very comfortable, with a view of Mount Panderman in the morning. Easy access to Malang and Batu.

Perfect 💯. Clean rooms, friendly service, delicious and varied breakfast, and prayer mats and Qurans are provided in the room. The super deluxe room comes with a free dinner of delicious rawon fried rice. The parking lot seems a bit small, but the staff are quick to assist with valet parking.

Perfect for a family vacation. The facilities are complete, spacious, and clean. The service is very satisfying and friendly. We stayed on the 9th floor and even had dinner on the rooftop. The wait was a bit long, but overall, it was a very nice, aesthetically pleasing hotel.
