- The hotel location is convenient, close to Shinjuku station but on a quiet street.- Because we mistakenly booked the smoking room in the smoking area, all the items in the room smelled of cigarettes, such as the blankets and pillows. They were also not clean.- The room area is quite good compared to rooms with similar prices in the same area. In return, you have to trade off with a narrow bed, even though it is a room for four people, but I do not believe that you can sleep four people with two narrow beds.

Its very good Value for money.

The price is quite satisfactory, the location is very good because it is close to the train station, the suggestion is that the hotel allows luggage storage after check out while waiting for the plane to return.

We arrived in Tokyo early morning, and we can't store our luggage at the hotel and we must pay for keep the luggage at hotel before time to check in or you must added payment for early check in 😕.

Room at first was good comparing to the price, but they don't change sheet and blanket even thought we asked to clean it, during my second day onward we start getting rash. Elevator no matter you going up or coming down it always stop at the second floor without anyone calling it. But overall it was “OK”.

This hotel is strategically located, next to Lawson, close to Mc Donalds and other shopping stores with a 10-15 minute walk. This hotel does not accept luggage storage, either when checking in early or checking out. So please plan well when you want to stay at this hotel. Ontime check-in is only at 15.00. Although the room is small, there is a microwave, kettle and so on. All good. The bus station, train station are all close to this hotel so going to Shinjuku, Harajuku Shibuya is very close. Have a good holiday in Japan✌🏼.

Location is great. The rooms are small and not clean. The receptionist is not friendly, you can't leave your suitcases and bags at this hotel.
