Nice small hotel in a prime location with lovely rooms

Really nice hotel in the heart of Alicante, close to beach and restaurants, shops, buses. There is a parking if you bring the car, wich will have a discount. The rooms were modern, huge, mattress was very comfortable. The toilet was big and modern with all the necessary toiletries. The breakfast was tasty with healthy options. Will definitely come back :)

The location of the hotel is absolutely ideal—just minutes away from the main attractions, yet surprisingly quiet. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. On arrival, we discovered leftover drinks from previous guests that had leaked inside the mini fridge. When we tried to use the spare duvet from the cupboard, it had noticeable blood stains. We requested a replacement, only to find the second duvet was also stained—something one would not expect from a 4-star hotel. While the hotel appears relatively new, the in-room furniture such as the sofa and tables showed clear signs of neglect and were not properly maintained. Additionally, there was no iron provided, which was inconvenient. Overall, we felt the standards reflected more of a 3-star experience. The standout positives were the convenient location and the efficiency of the staff during check-in and check-out.

Nice place, decent value for money and great location. Would happily stay again.

The staff were very helpful, the first room we were allocated had a smell so they promptly changed the room.

This is a terrific hotel. The breakfast was great, the staff friendly and local dining options were fantastic. So close to the promenade that we walked every evening.

Good for a night stay. Rooms are very small. Beds are not the best. Wouldn't recommend if you're staying for a few nights in Alicante.

Lovely hotel, big bed & room, great location.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is quiet. Location is good. Front signage could possibly be more visable. Would have been nice to have availability to tea or coffee in the room.
