Comfortable clean and good service.

Kirain yang di kelola Treepark langsung ternyata bukan, check in lama karena staff ga standby, biaya deposit 300rb dan proses refund 7 hari kerja.

Slow response, and not responsible if you can't check in because the contact doesn't receive any more calls. And the booking funds did not return even though they did not stay overnight because they could not check in

There is no hot water, no cable TV, the deposit is not returned immediately and the deposit is 300 thousand thousand. The advantages are double beds, upper and lower, and cutlery is available. just 1 time to stay there.

The place is nice, but dirty like the toilet seat smells of urine (not cleaned) and there are worms too :( besides that the sleeping mattress has ants. TV channels are not all clear. And the response from the apatel is very long. Coupled with a large enough deposit and via TF, but there is no guarantee that our TF deposit to apatel. Refunds of deposits also take 1-7 days. :)

The mattress is dirty there are ants ... The stove is there but does not turn on the TV is there but most channels cannot be watched Deposit payment via transfer, when the deposit is returned the money is immediately deducted for the transfer fee (so the customer must pay the interbank transfer fee) 🤦‍♀️
