My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Amritsar was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I checked in, the hospitality was warm, genuine, and consistent throughout my stay. Every member of the team made me feel truly welcome. A special shout-out to Vanshika and Jaspreet at the tea station, who went above and beyond to ensure every guest was well taken care of. Their attentiveness, kindness, and cheerful attitude made every visit a delight. Muskan was equally outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The entire service team, including everyone serving in the restaurant, was incredibly courteous and made every meal a wonderful experience. The food deserves special recognition. The chefs have done an outstanding job creating authentic, flavorful dishes that were among the best I’ve had. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The live music during dinner added such a relaxing and memorable touch, creating the perfect atmosphere after a day of exploring. If you’re planning a visit to the Golden Temple with your family, I highly recommend staying at Courtyard by Marriott Amritsar. The property was conveniently located. The breakfast spread was great - lot of options! Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay!

In general we had a comfortable one night stay. Sound travels through rooms, service at dinner dining could have been faster. Staff was professional.

Everything was good but there is nothing around the hotel , no shops or anything

We just returned home from a 16 night stay in northern India. We stayed at 9 different hotels and I will say this was our least favourite by far. The rooms weren’t very clean. They were pretty small. They were damp, all of our clothes felt damp from the room. The pool was freezing cold. Breakfast wasn’t bad though, and the staff there were much more helpful than the front desk. I wrote to the hotel twice before arriving to let them know we were celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary however this wasn’t once acknowledged. On check in there were about 6 members of staff behind the desk all seemingly trying to avoid making contact with us to do check in, this is such a difference to the usual welcome we’ve received during our stay in India. I’m really baffled how this hotel is rated so highly.
