Can’t fault this stylish Milan hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect location, so central! We were only there for a night, wish it had been longer! Will be returning ❤️

GREAT location but poor directions as airport taxi driver was NOT helpful in finding hotel after he dropped us off. Also, don't consume ANYTHING in the room as the only item free is water!

Very friendly and informative welcome from Paula who gave us lots of relevant local information. Property very clean and very comfortably furnished. Great location for Duomo, shops and metro system. Easy to travel from Linate airport to the property by metro. Would recommend.

This is a little gem , hidden away from street view. Fantastic location and very compétant and helpful staff. Suzanna was wonderful . We will be back !

INTOMILAN is ideally located and offers much within walking distance. The best part of our stay was Paola’s and Susanna’s helpfulness. They make a great team!

Susanna at the front desk was such a pleasure, she was so helpful and friendly. The room was lovely, clean and the location was just perfect!! I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay again in the future!!

The staff was amazing and so friendly. Our room was perfect: so spacious, clean, and overall great. The location was PERFECT. Right next to Duomo and all the shops. Literally a couple steps away. Love love loved this accommodation, could not recommend it more.

Great hotel in a wonderful location. Parking is a challenge but as expected in the center of town.

The location is excellent! Right near the Duomo. Having a convenient and comfortable hotel made a stay in a busy area of Milan relaxing. We had trouble figuring out how to work the elevator. The very helpful woman at reception booked us a car to pick us up the next morning, but it never showed up. That caused some stress, and running to catch the train in Milano Centrale.

This is a really great place. Lovely space, impressive decorations, great WiFi and AC. It is located on a pedestrian street, so you have to walk a couple of blocks with suitcases, but all flat. They also arranged for a pick up as close as the driver could get for a transport to the airport. The ride was a little overpriced, but worth it for their professionalism and great communication.
