Good hotel at hatyai​, and nice location

Nice to stay. Location is quite near to town and staff is good service

The staff also helped book motorbikes to get around Hatyai... good location and place...

10/10. Just opened my mind to sleep in another hotel for the first time. Usually have a regular hotel, flew suddenly so booked suddenly, didn't look at the reviews at all, but it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very clean. The room decoration is good. The TV works. The staff is cute, speaks very well. Will definitely come back. / I would like to complain about the bathroom. There was a musty smell when I first checked in. I recommend using a deodorizer. It will be very okay. 🩷

The hotel staff is helpful, informative, understands Malay, the coffee in the cafe is delicious, the rooms are clean, the wifi is fast.

The hotel staff was friendly and we checked in early, which was worth the price.

ฉันได้เข้าพักแบบค้างคืน ซึ่งปกติภายในห้องจะมี ไดร์เป่าผมให้ แต่หาไม่เจอ ก็ไปอ่านเงื่อนไขที่ประตู(ตามรูป)เลยคิดว่าไม่มีหรือหาไม่เจอเอง จึงได้โทรไปสอบถาม พนักงานตอบว่าหากจะใช้ ไดร์เป่าผม จะต้องมาเบิกเองด้านล่างเอง ฉันแจ้งว่า ฉันเพิ่งอาบน้ำผมยังเปียก ไม่มีพนักงานเอาขึ้นมาให้หรอคะ พนักงานตอบว่า ค่ะ ต้องมาเบิกเอง ไม่มีคนเอาไปให้ค่ะ งงค่ะ พักมาหลายที่ หลายจังหวัด หลายเกรด ก็ยังไม่เคยมีที่ไหน ต้องไปเบิกไดร์เป่าผมเองที่ ที่เคาน์เตอร์เช็คอิน ปล. แต่ถ้าต้องเบิก ควรเตรียมให้หรือแจ้งลูกค้า ตอนไปเช็คอิน ด้วยนะคะ

Clean, good room as in the picture, good service staff

The room is clean. Easy to find food Hospitable staff. Unfortunately, the size of the bed is small as 5 feet.

The room was not soundproofed, noisy all the time. Very disturbing, especially the sound when opening and closing the door is loud

Clean, spacious rooms, friendly receptionist, quick check-in, suggestions for the location of the AC that are not right when it leads directly to the bed.

The hotel is quite luxurious with a new building and a friendly price. Close to the city, can walk everywhere. There is also plenty of food and it's quiet for rest. It's also good to bring children. I highly recommend it for vacationers.
