Its nice

Nice property, area for dogs, dogs stay free.

They are renovating so they're ate issues with that but all in all a good experience

I want to say that we were in Waco for the weekend of Baylor graduation. There were NO open rooms anywhere and the very few I did see were at least 400 per night. We just needed a clean, safe place and that is what we got. Absolutely no frills but no musty smell and clean surroundings.

As soon as I stepped on to the second floor, I noticed that it wreaked of cigarette smoke. I know this may not be a big deal, but I am an asthmatic and I expect a smoke free facility with "no-smoking" signs on every door, to a tually be smoke free. Also, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and i slept terribly. Service was o.k.

Employees were great, the room service ordering sucks, doesn't tell you your price until they had done charged you then you have to wait to get your money back when cancelled

The property and rooms were dirty. The bathrooms need to be repaired. Ours looked so bad I wouldn’t even sit down to take a bath

Floor was dirty as bottom of feet were filthy from walking on the floor with no shows. The bathroom door as extremely hard to open/close asit dragged on floor. Only one chair to set in. The person at desk at sign in had a heavy accent and was had to understand.

Old property. No carpet, tissue, shampoo, hair dryer, poor TV, poor lighting. Toilet hard to flush, shower head old and worn out. Noisy could hear a dog barking, It was clean and had a cheap price. No one was at the desk when I arrived
