Never disappointed during my stay at either Aston Hotel or its subsidiaries, service, cleanliness, amenities, food, swimming pool, all top notch... only the gym equipment is lacking or broken

I have liked this Aston Hotel for a long time. The location is strategic, the food is quite good, the cleanliness is maintained, the view is good, the staff are friendly, the security is also very friendly. On my next trip, I will stay here again.

My first stay at Aston Sidoarjo was excellent. The cleanliness and layout of the hotel are commendable. The staff, from security, to the WhatsApp admins (Melani and Fanya), HK (I left my facial wash in the room, thank you for helping me store it), and the receptionist, were all smiles. Hopefully, I'll stay at Aston again sometime. The room's cleanliness is good, and I just found out about the free snacks in the room. Wow, thank you. The AC in the room was quite cool. Luckily, we were in a room on the 10th floor, so it was a bit hot during the day because it faced the direct sunlight, but it was safe for us. At night, it was very romantic for us because it overlooked the city lights. There was a long sofa by the window, which made for a more romantic chat. The TV had a full range of channels, but the signal was slow, so we kept refreshing it while watching, which was fine. The breakfast was delicious, with so many choices that it was confusing, hehe. I'll definitely come back to try their breakfast. We hope that the quality and service will improve even further in the future. We hope that we can continue to grow and become more successful.

In general, the hotel's service and facilities are quite satisfactory. However, there are several things that need to be evaluated today, especially regarding the availability of some food menus, drinks often run out and Biryani rice, the appearance and taste seem mediocre today, is it because there is another event that causes overcapacity and minimal staff for the restaurant, it should be anticipated for management to provide maximum service by adding more staff and arranging tables and chairs according to the number of guest capacity, the number of dining tables is not proportional to the number of guests so it is confusing where to eat. Even though I have stayed here several times, I am very satisfied with both the food menu and the service of the hotel staff so that it remains a favorite hotel in Sidoarjo. It is hoped that improvements can be made to improve the quality of service in the future.

It's really comfortable, especially since the location is nice inside the housing complex, so in the morning you can enjoy the surrounding housing complex while doing some light exercise😆💓 I want to come back again

Good hotel, I checked in on 10pm and checked out at 7am. This is for a business trip, but I do feel this place is good. Might come back for another occasion to stay a little longer. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you

Peace be upon you. Currently, Aston is the best hotel choice in Sidoarjo. The surrounding area is quiet, comfortable, and clean, making it suitable for jogging or walking in the morning or evening. In addition, there is a swimming pool and fitness center. Food: delicious and varied. The staff is very helpful with early check-in. The price is very competitive compared to nearby hotels. Strategic location close to the toll road entrance and Lipo Mall. Unfortunately, there is no drain in the bathroom sink area, so if someone uses it, the water will pool.

Great hotel, Great Staff, Great location Some Room Service menu items not available Buffet Breakfast was poor, with many items not available as replenishment of dishes was almost non existent. Disappointing for a great hotel.
