Payah nih hotel. Pesan pakai AC malah AC mati, dipindah malah AC ga dingin. Minta pindah kamar lagi, dibilang penuh. Tapi di aplikasi masih ada kamar serupa yang kosong. Ajuin refund ditolak. Sangat tidak recomennded. Tolong agen online lebih selektif untuk memilih partnernya.

The room is damp so it smells a bit.

The place is in the alley, the stairs are narrow, the thin blanket is torn, there is no AC remote, the bathroom is outside, there are no soap towels, the TV is just a display, there is no remote, the bathroom is broken flush and shower, no hangers for changing clothes, narrow motorbike parking into the back alley. This place is one of the worst hotels I've ever been to.

I am disappointed to stay at this place. The bed sheets are very dirty like they haven't been washed in 3 weeks. Traces of dried mucus and saliva everywhere. Even the white bed sheets had turned dull yellowish. Disgusting if we want to wear it. Bathroom outside. There are 3 bathrooms and none of them function perfectly. Bathroom 1: the door lock slot is broken, bathroom 2: the water doesn't turn on, bathroom 3: the water turns on but the faucet can't be directed towards the shower. These bathrooms are not equipped with dippers, soap, shampoo and mats. As a result, when cleaning from the bathroom, we are not comfortable because it is muddy. The receptionist service is not very helpful. Even though I only asked for a replacement sheet because it was dirty. He gestured not want to help. In fact, I had to force myself to ask for sheets and towels. Positives from this place: AC works well, motorcycle parking is safe because it's inside. This place does not provide car parking because it is in an alley. Hopefully the management can be better

Beneran mengecewakan. Kondisi kamar tidak layak huni. Bau kecoak dan tikus. Furnitur dimakan rayap. Lampu kamar mandi mati. Dan sangat kotor. Saya booking untuk 3 hari tapi langsung check out di hari pertama.

Room rates are cheap for rooms with double beds. The room size is sufficient, not too wide nor too narrow. AC works fine. There is free wifi. The bathroom has a shower and toilet seat. Shower can function for hot and cold water. Good service and friendly receptionist. But, the condition of the room is not well maintained. Lots of yellow stains on the ceiling. Many of the walls of the room and bathroom are moldy and peeling. The bed linen is quite dirty and smells a bit. The room lights are dim but the bathroom lights are bright instead. There is a table but no chairs. There is a power socket in the bottom corner but it is located far from the table, instead it is close to the bathroom door which in my opinion is a bit risky. The hinge for the closet lid is broken. Wifi is free, but the speed is unreliable. The alley way to enter the inn is narrow. It will be difficult if those who enter are big motorbikes.

Harga kamar termasuk murah untuk kamar dengan double bed. Luas kamar termasuk cukup saja, tidak terlalu lebar juga tidak terlalu sempit. AC berfungsi dengan baik. Ada wifi gratis. Kamar mandi ada shower dan toilet duduk. Shower bisa berfungsi untuk air panas dan dingin. Pelayanan baik dan resepsionisnya ramah. Tapi, kondisi kamar seperti tidak terawat dengan baik. Banyak noda kuning di plafond. Dinding kamar dan kamar mandi banyak yang berjamur dan mengelupas. Sprei cukup kotor dan agak bau. Lampu kamar redup tapi lampu kamar mandi malah terang. Ada meja tapi tidak ada kursi. Ada stop kontak di pojok bawah tapi letaknya jauh dari meja, malah dekat dengan pintu kamar mandi yang menurut saya agak beresiko. Engsel untuk tutup closet rusak. Wifi memang gratis, tapi kecepatannya tidak bisa diandalkan. Jalan gang untuk masuk ke penginapan termasuk sempit. Akan susah jika yang masuk adalah motor-motor besar.

The room is dirty, smelly, cobwebs are everywhere, the bathroom smells, the sheets smell and are dirty like they haven't been replaced, the bathroom light turns on and off, there are no towels, soap, tissue, and whatever it is, the TV can't turn on. First and last stay here.

The rooms are indeed spacious, the pillows and mattresses are quite comfortable. AC works. Hot water for bathing is also available. But unfortunately, the shower knob didn't work, the sheets and pillows were a bit shabby. At night there was the sound of motorbikes coming and people talking until the early hours of the morning. But worth it I guess for the price.

The towels are not clean, there is no table, the shower in the bathroom next door doesn't work.

Beyond expectations. 1. Dirty room, only 1 towel, and 1 soap. 2. Lots of cobwebs, 3. Inappropriate mats, 4. Bed sheets, pillowcases, curtains are dirty, 5. No hangers in the bathroom, 6. Narrow parking, 7. The mattress is over the bed (this isn't really good for sleeping) 8. And the worst thing is the smell of cigarettes from the lobby enters the room. A regulation should be made that smoking is on the balcony, not the lobby. Prices should be able to compete with quality if you want to keep visitors busy. Grateful for only 1 day here because the photos are very far from the original. The next day I checked in elsewhere, it was only 15 thousand more expensive but the room was beautiful and very clean. Things to consider, 1. Wifi is pretty fast. 2. Warm water. 3. AC. 4. Drinking water is available. 5. No deposit, just leave your ID card. 6. Friendly guard.

Yes, the room is like in the photo. Enough for a business trip. The mattress was relieved too. Smooth water. WiFi is fast, but cellphone signal drops immediately.

Clean, cheap, comfortable and safe. Thank you for the place and service.

Toiletries are not provided but in accordance with a very economical price it is perfect for those who are just resting.

Servis ramah-tamah, tempat bersih dan menyenangkan, kalau bisa tambah-meja kursi dan selimutnya kalau bisa yang tebal. thanks.

It's located on a very small road, bad environment, no parking area, small and dirty room, we booked for 3 nights but we only stayed there for 1 night and move to other hotel which only more expensive 20 thousand rupiah but has a good environment and better room.
