Yesterday when I stayed here, the Wi-Fi didn't work, so I couldn't use Netflix.

Actually, I've been here quite often. However, there was a drama a few times before. I ordered and asked specifically in the application for a room on the upper floor. However, when I arrived, the hotel staff said that the rooms above were full, and the staff offered a room that was literally in the lobby of the waiting room, the room position was right next to the entrance and receptionist, and I didn't want it because the room position was very awkward. Finally, after negotiating, I was given an upper room according to my order. The room itself was as expected, because I've been here a few times, clean, good but minimalist. No big complaints for the room. 7/10

I've stayed here several times, it's really that comfortable, there's a bolster, refillable drinking water, the AC in the room I got at that time didn't work, the next day I told the receptionist and asked for a replacement and it turned out I was served well and got a room with AC working. The service is really great.

It's good, where there is an option for those who are alone can choose single, drinks that can be refilled, the only input is maybe they can provide toothbrush and toothpaste amenities, that's all. The rest is okay.
