Good hotel

Breakfast is horrible. Food option is limited and is never enough to cater for so many guests. Even have to queue up for coffee. It’s not a pleasure to take breakfast there.

Great stay at the hotel, Breakfast buffet was great with a huge selection to choose from. Original room was on the 2nd floor but asked reception if there was anything else available with a nicer view, found us a corner room on level 14. Perfect stay

Receptionists were very friendly & helpful, but I didn’t like that I was overcharged at the bar for drinks; I feel like I was overcharged.

Do not recommend. Staff not professional at all

The triple room (premium) looks like a hospital room with no view of the city. We asked for a different room but the staf was not accommodating at all. It took them 20 min and a lot of attitude to downgrade my reservation and provided with room looking closer to what’s on the offer pictures. No refund was provided for the difference in room prices.

Stunning views and rooms Unfortunate about bar closure and renovation leading to a bit of disruption, but still a good hotel to go to.

Good location and city view from high floor, near to public transportation and to Zloti mall. Great reception staff. Our bed wasn’t covered and we didn’t get cleaned our room at the first night

Very beautiful modern hotel with a perfect location, breakfast buffet was amazing. The only thing that I did not enjoy was my visit to the bar on the first floor. The staff was not nice, two girls at the bar with a very bad attitude.. and the drinks were too sugary and way overpriced. But I loved the staff at the front desk, I think it was Shawn who assisted me. He was the best!

Loved the hotel, we have stayed at another NYX before. Couldn’t quite get the AC to work for us at the start so if you must open the window, note that it is very load outside.
