It was quite a pleasant stay. The room for four people was quite spacious. Unfortunately, the cleanliness could be improved. The floor was covered in hair. The dirtiest part was under the bed. It looked like it had never been cleaned.

Cool, good, highly recommended, really like it.

I've stayed here several times and the service remains top-notch. The rooms are kept clean, with no odors. The air conditioning is also very cool. The amenities are complete, from amenities to a hairdryer. Breakfast is also extensive and delicious. The hotel team is very friendly in handling guest requests, especially Mr. Tohir. The best place to stay if there's an event at the Rawamangun athletics stadium/Velodrome (600-800m via pedestrian bridge). I wouldn't give it a perfect rating because I think the bathroom could be cleaner. For the comfort of the room at this price, it's pretty good.

The room was comfortable and the facilities were very clean and proper. There's a 100,000 IDR deposit for the room key, which requires cash, but there's an ATM in front of the hotel. It's close to the culinary scene in Rawamangun. This room type doesn't have a window or view, so it's best to choose one with a view if you're staying overnight.

Overall, the hotel was actually quite good. The staff was very friendly, and the corridors smelled really nice. Unfortunately, breakfast was already gone by 8:50. We had to be told off before we could get it refilled. And even then, it was only food that was requested. The restaurant staff were also less friendly, unlike when we arrived at night, full of smiles. I don't know if the staff were different or not, but they weren't paying attention.

Overall, the room was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly, but it was just noisy. One morning, there was mosquito spraying or something in the hallway, I don't know, which caused us to have shortness of breath and cough. It happened before dawn. Then there was the water problem too. When we wanted to take a shower in the morning, the tap water suddenly turned dirty and cloudy brown. In the end, we didn't take a shower 😔

Friendly & helpful staff, clean & strategic hotel. For breakfast is delicious although there are not many choices. What needs to be corrected is the parking attendant, it should be asked first whether the guest is or not because they always ask for parking money, the entrance officer does not give a ticket because we say we are a hotel guest, then when we leave the officer gets angry because there is no paper!! Please, it becomes uncomfortable 🙂‍↔️ btw we take a grab, not a private car
