The rooms are clean, the cleaning ladies are lovely, and the staff are especially enthusiastic, especially the lady on the night shift :))) She always gives recommendations for places to eat and have fun. Also, the check-in time is quite flexible and doesn't cause any inconvenience! This is my second time here, and I hope the hotel continues to improve.

The staff were friendly, and the receptionist, Vi Khanh, was lovely. The view was beautiful and it was close to the city center; the road wasn't steep and was easy to navigate. The only downsides were the lack of an iron and the single rooms didn't have full-length mirrors.

Everything is fine. If I have a chance to go to Dalat, I will consider booking here again.

I stayed one night at the hotel, which is very close to Lam Vien Square - about a 20-minute walk. The hotel also offers motorbike rentals, making it easy to explore the city. The bathroom was clean and the staff was friendly

I stayed one night in a 1-bed room with a balcony. The location is near the center, the view is nice and airy. There is a space to sit and have coffee and work in the lobby to check in. The room is okay for me. The towels and pillows are not as good as I expected. This trip I stayed in 5 hotels so I had to compare and be picky. The price is a bit high because it is near the center. Overall, it is good.

The service attitude of the staff is too bad I have been to Da Lat many times and have never seen a hotel as bad as this one... they don't greet guests... The room's lights are broken and flashing.... Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights 1 day the room was cleaned but the bed sheets were not changed, only the blankets and mattresses were folded, the room was not cleaned, and personal hygiene items for guests were not changed...

The room has 1 double bed and 1 single bed... not 2 double beds like other places.. 3 people but the hotel let 4 people.. not very comfortable.. the room does not have a mini fridge

Everything is ok the room does not have a mini fridge. Small hair dryer if you have thick hair you should bring your own

The room was shared with anyone, the rules mentioned sharing free earplugs, but the hotel receptionist said they had never had such a service before. The room was very noisy and the guest snored very loudly, so how could the experience be good? Too bad.

I've been here for about 5 times (alone / with a friend). The room is clean, tidy, fully equipped. Location near the center The staff is absolutely perfect. Friendly, cute, enthusiastic support, charming conversation, etc. I can't stop talking about it. Every time I come and book a room, I have a great experience here. In general, I'm satisfied - I'll come back for a long time ❤️

suitable for the price. not satisfied with 2 places 1. the first floor doom room has curtains like no, don't look into the bed and still see so not very private 2. when taking a shower, after 2-3 minutes, the shampoo and shower gel are all gone

Standard and dorm rooms have small windows that open to the hallway, located high up. The soundproofing is poor. My standard room was on the 2nd floor, above the reception/cafe, and at 6:30 in the morning I could hear music playing. Sometimes when the TV in another room was on, I could hear it all. But for the price after the sale, I think it's reasonable. In return, the cafe is quite nice, suitable for working, the bathroom is also ok and clean. The hotel design is good.

Stayed for two days but the room was not cleaned once, ran out of shower gel and shampoo had to go down to ask for more, no see you again!!!

- The room is too small, the only thing is the architecture looks modern. - The toilet space is average, the sewer smell is very strong. - The room is weakly soundproofed. - The receptionist is normal, not very friendly, I think this is inevitable in the service industry. - The location is not far, it takes about 5-10 minutes by motorbike to get to the center & other nearby restaurants. (Everything is fine for short-term stays, the homestay should handle the sewer smell to operate the service better)
