The room doesn't match the photo, the toilet is far from the shower, the shower doesn't work, the mattress + pillow smells bad, the tv doesn't turn on, the bathroom door can't close fully, the hotel can't be contacted all day by me regarding check-in confirmation . It is all about a bad.
