Nice place, decent rooms for the price of 200 thousand

Prices and facilities are appropriate, more relaxed and quieter.

Masalahnya sama yaitu air kamar mandi yang kecil dan air panasnya cuma sebentar. Untuk yang twin bed nya masing-masing ukuran 120 jadi luas walaupun busa kasur dan bantalnya tipis. Udah dingin walau tanpa AC dan kipas angin. Dikasih handuk dan air minum 2 botol. Untuk air panas 15 ribu setermos. Banyak pedagang juga nyamperin ke villa. Jadi untuk fasilitas kamar lumayanlah sesuai harga. Kalo untuk alamnya enak ya, ada kolam air panasnya untuk anak dan dewasa. Depan kamar ada kolam kecil dan miniatur jembatan. Asik kalo makan di depan kamar. Naik tangganya yang lumayan bikin ngos-ngosan. Deket banget sama pemandian Sari Ater. Booking lewat aplikasi aja lebih aman jaminan refund berkali-kali lipat. Recommended nginep di sini dengan harga yang terjangkau.

Still the same, the problem of cleanliness of sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and toilets that need repair of the seat. Others are so so. Location is ok.

The atmosphere is quite comfortable, there is a warm water soaking pool for adults and children, but because the position of the room is at the top and there are lots of stairs when going up and down it's pretty stiff. And there was a slight problem in the toilet because the water had a problem but was immediately handled by the officer after the report. The location is very close to the Sariater, so when you get there you can just walk. Overall okay and will likely return to stay there next time.

When you come to the room, the lights are twinkling, it's ok to move rooms. When I changed rooms, the bathroom, the toilet opened and smelled of urine, then the mattress was not like a mattress, really hard, the pillow smelled, the sheets had lots of stains :( but it's okay it's worth the price.

The place is strategic and cool and the swimming pool is okay, there's just no kettle, no soap, no toothbrush, the towels smell really like they haven't been washed, the mattress is bad until the whole body hurts.

Minus point (-) - Service is not suitable for Deluxe class. - Bathroom cleanliness is lacking. - Dirty bed linen. - Broken toilet. - Hot water soaking pool in the bathroom is not hot, hotter in the outdoor pool. - No hot water kettle you have to order to the receptionist by paying IDR 10,000 / thermos +/- 1 liter. - There are traders who enter the villa area, in front of the door of the room. - The location of the deluxe room above must go up to the top with steep and far stairs. Point plus (+)- Cheap.- Strategic location. Conclusion: Not worth it, it's better to increase the budget a little for another location with better service & facilities.

The hot water is small in pressure, the bed is thin so it feels springy.

Lokasi tidak jauh dari jalan utama. Tiap pagi ada fasilitas bersih-bersih atau cuci kendaraan dari petugas hotel dengan bayaran sukarela atau sewajarnya. Staff hotel sikapnya ramah. Namun ada fasilitas kamar mandi dimana aliran airnya sangat kecil. Mohon diperbaiki. Terima kasih.

The receptionists and villa guards are very friendly, the location is near the Sariater hot spring, the price of food is also not so expensive, just lacking variety, why doesn't the hotel provide toothpaste and toothbrush facilities, only towels and soap are available in the bathroom.

The rooms are spacious, the warm water goes on.

The villa smells musty and the lights are off, the wading pool and many ceramic swimming pools are broken, which is a hazard for safety.
