- I have stayed here before and the bathroom door was broken. I reported it for repair but it was not fixed. I came back and got the same room and the bathroom door was still broken. - They reserved a parking space for other cars that had not arrived yet. They had to waste time waiting and park in a narrow space with a high risk of scratching the paint. In the end, no one parked in that space the entire night. - In the morning, they cleaned the surrounding rooms, made loud noises, and talked loudly until I had to wake up. I could not rest.

I am happy every time I stay here. The room is very clean. The staff provides excellent service. Whenever I come to Chiang Mai, I have to come here. It feels like I am at home.
