Kamar mandi dan closet kotor, handuk robek besar, meja patah, sabun tidak ada.

Kamar mandi nya tolong di bersihkan dong, keran WC nya juga mati 🤮.

The light in the room occupied was dead and this was reported to the staff, but it was not replaced. Apart from that, the bathroom is not clean. Please improve the service and cleanliness. Thank you 🙏🏻.

The cleanliness is decent, it's comfortable, yes, only when I asked for 1 more towel it wasn't given even though because the towel provided fell in the bathroom and kept getting wet.
