Gak sesuai foto yang di aplikasi, kasurnya gak ada sprei, lampunya pecah, barang-barangnya ringkih, bahkan buat air saja pake ember, dan keran air bocor, di foto ada bathtub nya ternyata cuma buat narik pelanggan doang aslinya mah gak bisa dipake, pintu kamar pun juga gak ada kuncinya apa mungkin cuma di kamar 04 aja dan udah ada masalah kekunci dari luar jadi buat buka pintu harus nyuruh petugas manjat dulu dan petugasnya pun juga gak sopan pokoknya sangat-sangat tidak rekomendasi lah mending hotel lain jangan tertipu di foto dan bathtub nya aslinya mah gak bagus kamarnya aja banyak nyamuk dan gelap lagi. Kalo bisa refund mending refund aja saya kemaren udah ah pokoknya nyesel aja check in di sini kalo gak percaya dengan omongan saya silahkan dicoba aja.
