Just arrived, shocked by the smell of the public toilet bathroom, yellowish yellow, dirty furniture, disgusting, the mattress looks like it has never been cleaned, itchy, not worth it for 2 rooms for one million, it's better to get 2 rooms in a hotel, it's clear that they are clean and good with that budget, don't just want the money, maintain the cleanliness, and the hot water is chaotic, it only works for 10 minutes and then it's off, you already know that cold places can't be maintained

Room 2 has AC, bathroom, kitchen complete with all magic com equipment, stove, gallon water etc. Just bring rice and egg oil, noodles and you can have breakfast, in a moment there will be a basket of bakwan passing by.

Not recommended bila bawa orangtua. AC tidak dingin hanya bisaseprei belum diganti ada bercak-bercak, bau. Kurang bersih. Tangga terlalu curam, sofa nya tidak nyaman (terlalu pendek). Sudah komplain tapi respon tidak ada solusi untuk AC.

The location is strategic, the environment is comfortable & lots of food vendors pass by too, the wifi is smooth, the cleaning tools are quite complete, but the inside of the kitchen cupboard is very dirty, it looks like it hasn't been maintained for a long time, the room air conditioner is not cold enough, the bathroom water pipe always leaks at night but in the morning it doesn't leak by itself, the service is quite satisfying & fast response. Yes, the value is 7/10 😊.

The villas are cool. Good, comfortable here. Fragrant bed linen. The cleaning staff is quick to respond, the security guard is very kind to help lift the goods. Anyway, don't regret staying here. If I haven't bought a plane ticket, I will definitely add more days to stay here.
