The hotel staff is friendly, the service is OK, the view at the restaurant is really cool

The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff are very friendly, the breakfast is delicious.

The room is nice and quite spacious, the location is in front of the lake.

Maintain the quality of service, rooms, fairly large prayer room, spacious parking, mountain and lake views.

Location close to the lake, great for a vacation with family

It's cool, in front of it is Sarangan Lake, and behind it you can see the mountain scenery. Check it out quickly, it's really cool

The closest good hotel to Telaga Sarangan, the road in front of the hotel is Telaga. The weather is super cold. It fits the pocket for the price, the food is super delicious, the breakfast is complete, the comfort of the hotel is not disappointing, it is also child-friendly because there is a playground. The wifi and smart TV are OK. It is also easy to connect to the reception and restaurant. for my room yesterday, the view was very nice, the building is new, the mattress is soft, the blankets, etc. are very comfortable. repairs are needed for the toilet sink faucet. overall this is a 5-star hotel. thank you

the building is getting better and better every year it is renovated the best hotel in Sarangan, I have stayed 4 times and am always satisfied

very good service, all staff are friendly and helpful, especially Mba Tika in the restaurant section who is very helpful and patient in serving our requests. the only drawback is that the room is not soundproof.. the location of the restaurant on the 3rd floor is good, the hotel decoration is very nice and unique, there are many photo spots and it is clean.. unfortunately when we arrived it rained for 2 days.. overall OK and will return to Allura

Nice view facing the lake. Cool. Clean room. Friendly service. Simple but quite complete breakfast menu. One weakness: the hot water doesn't turn on 😁.

First experience and it's enough not to go there anymore. Honestly it's expensive. But thanks to CS for being patient in handling it. Missed items, but there was no honesty from house keeping. Maybe you know if the item can be sold. So how can I admit it? L.
