A fantastic stay, food was excellent and great service. Wanted to book different dates but was unavailable, will book in advance.

It was easy to locate, the room was spacious and well equipped.

Very nice place and very friendly staff.

I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in for so many reasons. The staff are exceptional the room is modern, large and extremely comfortable. I have stayed here a few times now and would never look at another hotel in Dhaka.

Hotel interior is OK, however you need to be careful when choosing this hotel if you do not absolutely need to be located in this area. The traffic is a nightmare. You could be stuck in traffic moving only meters in 20minutes. Literally snail pace. It could take up to 2 hrs to get to airport in peak. I arrived in peak and airport taxi cost 1500TK (USD 13). Hotel charges USD 50 plus 20%loading taxes etc… My trip back to the airport was chosen at 7am to avoid traffic and took 18minutes….. still charged nearly 60 usd.

Except of the issue with pick of from Airport , all other things was very good Very big & clean rooms , very friendly staff , good breakfast

Horrible checking experience!! Front desk manager Mr Tamim literally argued with me. He tried to tell me he stayed in more hotels and he has different experiences than what I know about hotels stay. I asked for his business card he said he doesn’t have one IHG didn’t provide him any business card.. so weird but rest of the hotel employees were friendly and it was clean. Later I got call from hotel supervisor and he expressed so nicely and comforted me. I’m elite status with Marriott & god status with Hilton chains. The incident was I booked online 1 adult with breakfast for 2, but when I went to check in physically we ware 2 guest. The hotel wouldn’t allow the 2nd guest & 2 breakfast. They would only allow 1 person & 1 breakfast. I explained them with 1 or 2 guests the price is still same and under hotel rules up to 2 guests are allowed.Mr tamim explained I’m wrong and he has more experience regarding hotel stay…. Eventually the supervisor allowed the 2nd guest but not the 2 breakfast…. I only stayed by myself because the second guest was embarrassed….

Relatively a new hotel, very neat and clean, comfortable stay with larger than traditional rooms, bigger bathrooms. People were very helpful, breakfast was fantastic..... recommend highly if you are looking to stay in Dhaka.

部屋は綺麗で、過ごしやすい。 シャワーはお湯の水圧弱く、チョロチョロ。 朝食バイキングは可もなく不可もなく。 コーヒーは部屋に持って帰れるのは良い。 時期的な事もあるかも知れないが、グランドフロアロビーの蚊が多いので注意。

お風呂の排水溝の水の流れが悪く最初から足元に水が溜まった。
