Lovely hotel and restaurant. staff are fab always helpful. great location for shoppers lots of bars and restaurants also. Love this hotel stayed lots of times.

Very pleasant stay with helpful staff, we stay regularly and have never been disappointed.

Room was excellent, everything you needed, spacesious and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Everything was excellent except the breakfast which was mediocre with appalling coffee. Very good pizza restaurant.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of the city. Perfect location for exploring both the city centre and the surrounding area. Only a 10 minute walk to the metro or the bus stop is right outside. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of amenities including hot beverage facilities, hairdryer, toiletries. We had plenty of choice for breakfast, both continental and cooked. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Really helpful in answering any questions. Free onsite parking is a bonus. Would we stay here again - definitely.

We always stay here when visiting family and it never disappoints. Such a great hotel in such a great location.

Visited for over a week and had no problems at all. The hotel is modern, quiet, and convient to the airport and the metro. Check in was a breeze, though I had a little difficulty finding the registration desk initially from the outside, and the staff is fantastic. The food at dining establishments attached to the hotel was delicious. I will definitely book here on my next visit.

Room was extremely clean and in great condition. We both thought it was better than it looked on the website. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing was the bracket on the tv pulled out as far as possible gave a wierd tv angle but only a little thing. Overall would definitely recommend if visiting newcastle.

Attentive and friendly staff, great location, and electric charging for free as well!

Every was perfect the only thing was finding the car park entrance as in the dark it was hard to spot and there is a dirt road just before the entrance so the sat nav tells u its that turning instead. The hotel should really put a sign at the entrance to make guests aware

Good hotel, let down by the bar and restaurant which doesn’t really work.

Pleasant staff, clean with modern well fitted rooms and good value. No complaints we will visit again
