After reading previous reviews I wasn’t expecting a great experience, but I could not fault our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice, friendly and attentive. The food in the three mile restaurant was excellent, breakfast was also great and reasonable priced. Really cannot fault the hotel at all.

I have stayed here a few times now and always found it to be great. The rooms are clean and modern, the staff are always polite and helpful. In fact there's not much not to like. This is alway my hotel of preference when I'm in Newcastle

Stayed in room 103, lovely room nice and clean and well serviced, but noisy. Very noisy above the bar, had a private party on Saturday night until midnight, I could feel the bass no sleep I don't think the room should be let under the circumstances, anywhere on the first floor, also 103 is by the lift and exit door, so people walking and talking past the door all night, so my advice is if you'd like a peaceful night's sleep then avoid this room, a shame as I've stayed here before on the 2nd floor and it was fine

Staff are friendly and efficient. My room was large well appointed and very modern. Everything worked! Good shower and very comfortable bed.

Once again a great stay, room was clean and sylish , walk in shower ,free parking and pub and restaurant next door ideal for us !!

The room was spotless, nice bathroom and comfy bed. Staff were very friendly. We had food on the evening and it was delicious. All in all, a great stay

Clean room and perfect as a base whilst I attended a course locally. Staff were friendly and food was good value for money. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Nice hotel, no road noise from room facing away from road.

Air conditioning nice and cold. Soft, comfortable bed and really good pillows. Good size room. Large bathroom with a rain shower head that had great pressure with beautiful soft water. Lovely bathroom products. Would highly recommend!

This was our third week's stop here, its our favorite hotel accommodation in Newcastle and location is absolutely perfect plus staff can't do enough for you another thing there is always a lovely smell in corridors compare to other hotels we stop,the rooms we have stayed in are perfect for us with plenty of tea or coffee.

Great hotel, well located near the metro and busses. The service was exceptional, with all the staff being cheerful and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and food/ drinks well catered for. Recommended.
