Enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again.

Area was great and walking distance to city attractions. Loved it. We felt safe walking around the area at midnight.

Rooms are very spacious. The beds were new and very comfortable. We had a great stay, it was centrally located with all the necessary amenities.

I love this place. Staff personnel are always tentative and kind. Walking distance from many diners and shopping. 5 minute walk to Macro Plaza.

Room was very clean. walls are thin though so you’ll be able to hear people talk, open/close their doors, etc. The floor in my room stayed moist when I took a shower. I stayed two nights and it never got better. Other than that, it’s a beautiful hotel close to a lot of places. Make sure you check with them prior to booking if you’ll get a room with a window. Mine didn’t.

The elevator was not working when I stayed, and the lights flickered on and off numerous times throughout the day. WiFi was spotty and made it impossible to use the internet or make calls.

This is my favorite hotel in monterrey. Perfect location with plenty of stuff to do nearby
