Excellent location and services

The people were wonderful. Breakfast was great. The cleanliness was perfect. Everyone was attentive to our needs and very helpful.

This hotel was amazing in a great neighborhood. Not too far from places. Great staff clean and great breakfast. Many places nearby like spa, hair salon, henna and food spots.

Another great stay at this hotel, I’m glad to report the high standards of the hotel and staff are still present. This is still one of the best hotels in Dubai we’ve stayed in. Please keep up the great work and I’m looking forward to my next stay here.

This hotel is new (like so many hotels in Dubai) and functioned well. It was, however, without soul. Sterile. Mediocre design, unattractive lighting and no atmosphere. And the staff were soulless and transactional. In four days, no one used my name once. Not at check-in, not when bringing my baggage to the room, or during check-out. And you know you are staying in a 3-star hotel when profit margins dictate that they call someone to check the minibar before you leave, because they don't trust you. Clean, functional, works in a transactional way, but totally uninspiring and forgettable.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Everything is close by. The Hotel staff all gave great customer service. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with wide variety to choose from . Everything was delicious . It was my cousin’s birthday during our stay . That evening we came to see her room beautifully decorated with a cake and balloons . Would definitely stay here again . Rooms are spacious , roof top pool. Highly recommend .

Our family trip to grand Cosmopolitan was great. The help form the staff, the ambience, the cleanliness of the rooms and the general location was perfect. We went around with absolute ease. The food was delicious and the pool was very relaxing.

Very nice stay withe the family. Staff very helpful especially Michael at meal times. Unfortunately the spa was closed for refurbishment which detracted from the holiday unfortunately. Cleaners were very good especially Amara.
