The hotel is very clean. Great location walking distance to great shopping, and walking distance to Tokyo station.

Convenient to walk to Tokyo Station. room was modern and clean but quite small. Staff was helpful, area was quiet. Shower was nice.

A little small but feels very cozy. The service perfectly reflected the best Japanese hospitality and professionalism. The location is convenient.

The people at the hotel are money hungry and will use any opportunity to charge as much as they can from your pockets. The staff have a facade of friendliness but are total gremlins, may sound like an exaggeration but is not. The service is invasive strict, upon arrival they escorted us to our rooms and proceeded to stay for 20 minutes fussing over every detail and rules for the room. Although we've paid for the rooms it didn't feel like our space during our stay.

The personal didn't speak English. Just one It was a bit hard to communicate. The room was really small, it wasn't even enough place to open and close our bagages.

オンラインLIVE観賞で利用させて頂きました。部屋の変更も心良く引き受けてくれて感謝致します。金さん(男性)の対応がとても良く快適に過ごせました。また行きたいです。

DVD鑑賞をするために宿泊しました。プロジェクターの画面の大きさは十分だったのですが、画面からベッド（設置位置の都合上、ベッドの上から鑑賞することになります）までの距離が近く、個人的には大画面の良さを十分には感じられませんでした。お部屋自体は、広くはないですが、清潔に保たれていました。

今回が2回目の宿泊でした。フロントの方々に親切にご対応いただき、とても楽しく過ごすことができました。

お部屋自体は狭めのタイプでしたが さほど気にはならなかったです。 高速道路脇ですが、 外の音はほとんど気になりませんでした。 ただ、ホテル内はさほどなのか、 朝方まで近くのお部屋の人の笑い声が聞こえてました。 その方達の声が大き過ぎただけかもしれませんが。ww ホテル内もお部屋もとても綺麗だし、 スタッフの方々もとても親切でした！！ 東京駅周辺に泊まる際はまたお願いします^_^ ありがとうございました😊

東京駅､東京メトロへ徒歩圏内で便利。 スタッフも笑顔で丁寧に対応していて 非常に良かった。 部屋以外に､コインランドリー、電子レンジ、 製氷機もフロント横に有り便利。

TVが無くプロジェクターでした。 iPhoneを1台貸し出され、ルームサービスやオンデマンドコンテンツが利用できます。 東京駅の北側が一望できる立地で、東京駅や日本橋エリアへのアクセスが良好です。
