Lovely clean modern hotel, staff very friendly and breakfast was great

Stsyed for 2 nights. Clean hotel close to centre. Helpful staff.

All that it should be A great hotel for a one night stop over to go to a concert at the co-op live venue. Plenty of cheap 24 hour parking nearby, rooms clean spacious and good shower. Great pub nearby for beer food and atmosphere The Marble Arch. Easy access to city centre £5.80 Uber to venue

Hotel is lovely, good location. Only issue was at breakfast, someone forgot to switch waffle machines on therefore took 30 mins to use then they'd forgot to take lids off sauces !!! Waffles stuck to machines but was delicious once cooked

the staff were absolutely amazing! they were so lovely and really attentive. the room was really clean and it was nice and big and the breakfast was lovely 10/10 stay

Breakfast was sub par and parking was really difficult to find. Main entrance right on the main road so couldn't stop to drop and had to use another car park nearby.

Overpriced for what we got, breakfast wasn’t great, scrambled was the only egg choice and they were microwaved

Overall average hotel. Breakfast very poor, almost no choice, one kind of fruit, one kind of cheese, no ham and only toast bread. Waffle and coffee were excellent. The room was clean, but I was shocked to discover a full bin in the bathroom from previous guests. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows too. I was disappointed when I asked for a higher floor when booking and it was ignored at check-in, I was given the ground floor, fortunately the receptionist was helpful and gave me a higher floor. Excavation work is now underway around the hotel. I will not rush to return, there are better hotels in town.

Our room had lots of stains on carpet, also sugar on floor. Asked for a sofa, we ended up with a sofa bed with cushions that came off so you ended up sitting on the metal frame, there was an awful large stain on one of the cushions and on the other was a large rip. Definitely put ne off staying in a Hilton. This was a special trip and felt it was ruined by the cleanliness of the room

Rooms smelled very strong of perfume and was really hot. Thermostat would only go down to 19 at night! Fan did not move much air, it felt very stuffy and hard to sleep.

Lovely hotel only stayed a night it had everything in the room even iron and ironing board

Staff were welcoming, polite and kind. Affable people. The room was tidy, comfy, spacious and enough for 2. Some areas were untidy and where the chair situated it appears that some kind of substance (glue) has been spilt and had dried to the wood other than that very nice. Convenient location as we were going to AO arena.

Staff were really helpful and well informed

Breakfast was disappointing. The service area was far too small for the number of guests, the hot food choices were very limited and not replenished promptly so guests were queuing and waiting in an area which quickly became crowded.

Spotlessly clean, quiet and within easy walking distsnce from the centre and AO arena. Check in was quick and our room was ready straight away even though we were early. Staff very cheerful. Lovely beds, comfortable rooms and enjoyable breakfast. Will definitely stay again, thank you 😊
