Great space and location for few days stay for a family of four. Easy access to the train station, shopping areas, and park. Hotel staff are pretty friendly and I love their cafe space.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay here. The hotel and surroundings are exceptionally beautiful and well designed. The view from the room and balcony towards the park is spectacular. I cannot say enough good things about each and every one of the service staff, especially the front desk manager/asst director, who went out of his way to help us with advice and restaurants reservations etc. And just about everything we ate at Tachikawa was delicious. Thank you for the happy memories, Sorano Hotel.

This property opened after the pandemic and we have stayed twice. It is a new hotel so it is fresh and very stylish. The staff is very accommodating and although English is a second language (as it should be) each staff member goes out of his/her way to take care of your needs.

The hotel staff are are amazing! The hotel offers a serene and relaxing hotel with excellent dining choices and a rooftop pool!

Roof top pool. Indoor spa with onsen. Breakfast, dinner and bar options are top notch! Spacious and peaceful lobby which includes a beverage area.

Very spacious room. Hotel is clean and well kept. BONUS, you have a view of Mt. Fuji from your Balcony. The shops around the area are pricy but a 5 min walk will get you to the more affordable shops. Its close to the train station, I suggest using the overpass as it connects to everything. Tachikawa is underrated location, Its location is central to Tokyo and Day trip areas.

This is a great hotel with a rooftop onsen. The rooms are modern and very spacious. I enjoyed the dinning options, especially the amazing breakfasts options! The location is excellent with easy access to many dining and shopping options.

It was very nice. clean and very convenient to transportation. The proximity to the Showa Kinen Park is probably the nicest amenity. The room was spaciousvand the view was fabulous.

Very beautiful hotel and conveniet for shopping Bit a bit far from ceter of tokyo

Some cup in the room was dirty. Only one water was provided at last day where as supposed to be two. Sheets had stain where I can see obviously. So the house keeper seems to have small issue In general very good hotel. Thank you

Sorano Hotel had a very clean appearance and the staff keep our room clean with daily towel changes and made beds. Very disappointed with having to Pay an additional fee to use the pool and no option for a late check out by booking through Expedia.

Great place

I took my mom for 1 day staycation. Room was so relaxing like living in home. During stay there was Halloween event A lots of foods booth and activities it was fun and Hotel was located wakable distance from JR tachikawa station. I had a great time

The payment was completed by credit card and no option for cash

Everything was wonderful, but the breakfast looks very simple.

Excellent stay if you want to get away from the Hussle of the city.

It is calm, quiet, friendly and respectful. The rooms are large, airy with good bathrooms.

The staff is amazing, the property is exclusive,this is our second time staying here.

Everything is fine, especially the bed (little sensation when partner or child moved). Besides, tea could be taken out in reusable bottle to your room before checking out without charge. The location is near station and there is Afuri Ramen and supermarket near around. Full of convenience.
