First, the check in process was the worst I've ever dealt with on any platform. They make you do things like send your photo holding your ID next to your face and all your guests. Next, I had to change my guests from 3 to 2 and they refused to refund the extra cost despite making the request within an hour of the booking.
Second, there was a water problem in Calgary and the host demanded that I DO NOT SHOWER, WASH THE DISHES, FLUSH THE TOILETS. Despite also sending a notice that I will be charged if I do not load the dishwasher and run it.
Third, parking instructions were terrible in the whole situation of picking up the key fob running up and down the elevator.
Fourth, there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. Staying during Stampede week when the weather was in the high 30's and you're cooking in the room.
The “support staff” just argues with you and sends you nonsense documentation that have nothing to do with your issue.
Bed pillows are super flat and they can't even provide appropriate drinking glasses where every glass was different sizes and kinds. It was a horrific stay on every level.
Only pro was the view was nice.
