Quick stay but great staff who made us feel welcome.

Great value for money, perfectly clean and tidy. The room and all amenities seemed to be in a really good condition. Located directly at the train station. Nothing negative about our stay at the GINN!

Hotel is at the main train station which seems to bring a lot of people traffic. No restaurant other than breakfast. Room was done, had air conditioning but wasn’t exceptionally clean as we are used to in Germany…

I did not like limited parking options. The location is good if you travel be train, as it's right over the train station. At the same time it makes it noisy (or it's my bad luck). Some loud people kept laughing and shouting outside at not appropriate hours. Other than that all was very good.

Really convenient.

I was there from 26th of April; in my initial booking I said one adult, one child of 15 years; a day before arrival I was asked for an online check in, and when requested to key in the birth date of my daughter, it was not possible to select the year 2006; it was late, so I just took a year randomly (2016). At arrival the staff - a Greek gentleman - told me that I should pay 80 EUR more, since my daughter was 15 and not 5; being late after a rainy day, I just paid the 80 plus 60 EUR for next morning breakfast (15 EUR each) and went to bed. In the morning I went to the reception, shown my booking were it was written "15 years old"; lady at the reception said they will check and revert. Later on same day she said that it was a system error and the 80 EUR paid for nothing I may use for breakfast in the coming days. Same evening I met again the Greek gentleman, he said "yeah, it was a system error, but still you have to pay for your breakfast, because the cost is now 19 EUR per person, not 15 ... Since I could not trust the man, next morning asked three times at reception what is the breakfast cost, I was told three times: 15. At checkout they told me I had an open balance of 72 EUR that I had to pay. Being in a rush (flight to catch) I paid and checked the invoice when back home; breakfast cost was now 19 EUR per person.... Overall, the hotel looks fine but I felt myself robed. And it looks they don't know how to recognize their mistakes.

Innenstadt von Ravensburg zu Fuß erreichbar. Sauber, ruhig. Immer wieder gerne.

Fint til en kort dag og en overnatning. Vi spise pizza og fik drinks i loungen. Hyggeligt og god stemning. Personale var ikke særlig serviceorienteret. Fin morgenmadsbuffet.

En overnatning. Service og værelse var godt, intet at sætte finger på. Brugte parkeringskælder, mod betaling, desværre ingen opladningsmuligheder til bilen. Håbede at GINN baren var en åben, men det var en søndag, hvilket også er fair nok. Gode spisemuligheder i området, i gåafstand. Vi kommer bestemt tilbage, når vi skal samme retning.
