As a disabled traveler, I found the disabled accommodations excellent at this hotel, as good as I’ve ever seen in any other hotels

Very enjoyable stay. I like the easy going atmosphere and so close to the center of beautiful Ravensburg. I didn’t have breakfast but definitely next time.

Easy to find, next to the railway and bus stations. A quiet and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities. Breakfast plentiful with good coffee, choices of cheese and cold meats, delicious breads, hot food, fruit salads and smoked fish. My room was very comfortable with a powerful shower. Tea and coffee making facilities and easy to control air con. Fully opening window if needed, but double glazing very efficient and I didn’t hear any noise. Also seemed well insulated - didn’t hear any noise from the corridor or the rooms next door. Public lounge area welcoming with a good choice of drinks. Also hotel has a policy of rewarding guests with a free drink voucher for not having their rooms cleaned every day which I enjoyed each evening. I had to leave too early for breakfast on my day of departure, so staff explained the kitchen would prepare me a takeaway breakfast - it was very generous and tasted great. Within an easy 10 minute walk of the centre of Ravensburg. I shall return next year and highly recommend.

Staffs are so nice

The Hotel was spotless. All the staff helpful. Great incentive if you didnt want the room cleaned leaved a card out on the door. And you got a free drink to use that day. Location near the station and a nice short walk to Ravensburg town

Great hotel right next to train station and central bus terminal. Check in was easy the front desk clerks were very helpful. Very clean rooms and guest areas. You get a voucher for a drink if you don't require servicing the room at that day. Also great bar what is open Monday through Saturday staffed with amazing employees.

Quick stay but great staff who made us feel welcome.

Great value for money, perfectly clean and tidy. The room and all amenities seemed to be in a really good condition. Located directly at the train station. Nothing negative about our stay at the GINN!

Hotel is at the main train station which seems to bring a lot of people traffic. No restaurant other than breakfast. Room was done, had air conditioning but wasn’t exceptionally clean as we are used to in Germany…

I did not like limited parking options. The location is good if you travel be train, as it's right over the train station. At the same time it makes it noisy (or it's my bad luck). Some loud people kept laughing and shouting outside at not appropriate hours. Other than that all was very good.
