Very nice hotel and the staff very nice smile and treat us very well

The hotel has a magnificent location on the best beach on Sokhna coast, the hotel design and landscape are also very good, however it has some major problems on the hygiene factors and the overall cleanness. The furniture and the bed mattresses are not up to the hotel grade and rates. I‘ve been offered an upgrade to a suite with the best view on the mountain, pool and the sea which was so generous of them however the interior fit out was so poor due to lack of maintenance, the sanitary and toilets have so many broken parts. The beach and pools close at 6:45 pm while the sunset is @ 8 pm for no reasonable reasons. Breakfast is ok while the dinner was very poor with no varieties, the stuff was friendly and very helpful. Overall I enjoyed the stay because of the wonderful view, téléphérique and the surroundings but I won’t definitely go again.

The hotel is over crowded , no regular cleaning, slow hardly exist food refill, rude staff not helpful at all !

Great place for families

Rooms are smelly … staff was rude and unhelpful … receptionists know nothing … food is terrible and unorganised Pool is and beach areas are good and the kids show is nice but overall it was horrible experience and will never go there again

Wonderful

The sea view suite was fabulous. The food was, however, average at best. The beach area was so small and has hardly any sandy area. Also there construction at the beach front which was annoying.

Magnificent view one of the best I have experienced in my life with the glorious mountains in the back and the beach in the front. Excellent service. Food was amazing. Very strongly recommend this facility.

Amazing, It was more than we expected, the rooms are big and clean, the staff are very nice and helpful. Everything was great we recommend this hotel, definitely will come back again.

Staff is amazing and friendly. The property needs serious pest control, once we checked in we found the Apparment full up with mosquitos. If the beach is a major reason for you to be there, do not consider this hotel. It is not usable due to rocks. Food is average. Swimming pool was great and clean.

The management is classical style with slow process. Also, it should be no hidden price and no discrimination for citizens. Also, It should be two prices appear on website for citizens and non citizens which is the first time happened in my life. I paid more extra charge when I arrived and must know that earlier.

My stay was so unpleasant at a totally new level of Unpleasant. Starting from the security guy at the gate who wanted full charge of car parking of the entire stay in advance by counting the number of nights on his fingers. Then the check in process that was almost in slow motion all in all 2 hours although I made sure to arrive half an hour after the check in time. Then came the avalanche of lies of all sizes. They gave me 2 pool view rooms instead of Seaview as per my reservation on the account that I reserved standard rooms and all standard rooms are side Seaview! Then we had to walk through the drill that I have to pay extra to upgrade my reservation to a Seaview, which I had to accept to salvage the holiday for my wife and daughter. Then came the cherry on top the moment I went to check the Seaview.... I found a huge yellow bulldozer on the beach next to the sunbeds!!! Their excuse is When I tried to walk on the
