QUIET AND CONVIENIENT.

This is a beautiful and welcoming hotel! Upon arrival, the valets were great, the front desk staff were super nice, friendly and beyond helpful. The room was pretty and super clean. There was a free sample bottle of olive oil for us in the room. We had apps and cocktails at the bar and the bartender was very welcoming and terrific in his recommendations. Later had dinner at then hotel restaurant and the food was very well presented, staff was great and we enjoyed our time. We hope to stay longer next time. Its location is perfect in relation to the little town shops, its literally walking distance to many things just outside the driveway of the hotel. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a fantastic hotel and fun getaway.

They charge a $45 resort fee. Be careful to check your bill.

Super quiet rooms. Nice pool. Great staff. Nice places to hang out around the property. Great margaritas too! Perfect location by car or train.

I loved everything about this property, I will absolutely be coming back, the staff was amazing as was the valet, very efficient and the pool was relaxing.

Excellent place to stay for Spring Training Baseball. Walking distance to the Baseball Complex.

Beautiful hotel

I have been coming back to the Inn every 2 months since they opened in January 2020. Love this place, everything is perfect.

Beautiful place to stay however they shouldn’t charge for valet parking.

The Inn at the Mission San Juan Capistrano Hotel charged mandatory add-on fees and charged for parking on top of the nightly rate that Hotels.com charged. It is misleading and disappointing, as the Hotel appears to be taking advantage of the victims of the Palisades fire by increasing prices and imposing mandatory add-ons. On top of this, the TV didn't work, it was stuck on the home page advertising, and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The service was poor, considering the 5-star price.

Our favorite.

The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the bar at the hotel, excellent food, and drinks. Bartender was social and accommodating to all our needs on a New Year’s Eve night.

Excellet location and hotel!

We had a great stay at the Inn at the Mission San Juan Capistrano. Conveniently located and an easy walk to restaurant shops and the mission. Will return soon!
