Good resort just be carful with the guys at the resort if you a woman traveling alone they can be a lil weird. But overall great resort!

This a beautiful property, i love everything about the resort. The staff was friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank Kaci and the front lobby staff for welcoming my friends and I to Ocean Eden. The best 4 days ever, we already planning another trip back there soon.

Every room is ocean view so don’t pay extra to see the ocean even though we did then they try to charge extra for a complete ocean view $80 more per person called Privilege. Food always cold. Beautiful place, rooms are nice. There really is no beach. In saying that, I still had a great time.

I really enjoyed the people at the resort, it was very diverse which I loved! Everyone was super nice. My only complaint was that I was supposed to get a King sized bed in my room but rather I got a double bed. It was not the worst thing but not what I paid for!!!

The WiFi was bad, the service was bad and the room service is horrible. The scenery and place is beautiful though.

People in coffee shop really rude and most staff not friendly. The pool staff, lobby staff, entertainment staff, and transportation were great.

It’s was nice everything

So my stay at Oceans was okay I enjoyed the food options most of the restaurants were good the buffet was my favorite because it had a lot of good options most of the time. I didn’t like that it was really nothing to do on the property the pool closes early and the dj that is at the pool isn’t at the pool the entire time. I feel like it was kind of boring not that much entertainment especially during the day. I feel like you guys should have Karoke, game shows etc like it was really nothing to do on the resort but to go eat. Also the club at night the first two times we went it was so empty nobody was in there I guess because the music the dj was playing wasn’t top tier. Then not only that it’s not a schedule of what’s going on throughout the day like we had to keep go ask the front desk what’s going on at this time etc. Overall the resort was okay I just feel it can be a lot of improvements.

My experience was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!From the staff service beach views WOW!! This is my new go-to when in Jamaica!!!!

Had a blast!

Beautiful property with nice pools and lots of restaurant choices. Staff were okay, but it did not have that friendly Jamaican feel that we have seen at other Jamaican resorts. The main downfall was the beach - it is small and the water is very rocky, making it difficult to get into the water.

The hotel was very relaxing, room was clean, scenery was beautiful, and Resort was safe

I traveled with a large group to this resort and it was phenomenal for all of us! The food options were delicious. I have an allergy, and they were very accommodating with me and I had plenty of options. There were always fun activities on the resort so there’s lots of things to do. Everything was very clean and felt safe. The staff was great with us and did an awesome job matching our energy when we wanted to have a good time!

We enjoyed our stay @ Ocean Eden Bay overall. We probably wouldn’t stay at the location in the future due to issues we experienced with service (i.e., housekeeping, laundry and departure transport). The transport was not the resorts’ doing; however, just added to our overall frustration. Otherwise, Ocean Eden Bay is a great location. Especially for adult only vacationing.
