If I can give less than 1 star I would gladly give this hotel (-100). I’ve never been treated worse than this. I had an issue with my booking and I called to clear the issue with the hotel. (Was not expecting a refund) due to an emergency, I had to cancel my stay and wanted to change the dates for a later stay, I called the hotel 10 times to solve this and every time I have a trainee answering the phone not knowing the policies of the hotel. At the end, they let us know that they will allow us to use the balance at a later date at a higher rate and we asked them to send us an email confirming this. Once we hung up, we received a refusal email. Wow, how professional. You think this is the end??? Of course no. I call the hotel one more time, once they answer, all is good and they can hear me clearly, until I give them the confirmation number, then suddenly, they couldn’t hear me anymore even after I made the effort of moving around the house for better coverage. (My coverage is fine). After I suggested that the problem might be from their side, they got offended and simply hung up.
I would like to suggest to this hotel that if you don’t want to waste money on customer service trainer, please use Youtube at least.
