We stayed at this hotel but unfortunately we were disappointed. It looks very good in the pictures, but the reality is quite different. The spaces are actually much smaller, especially the spa area. The pool is small and the water was cold – definitely not at a proper temperature for the weather outside. Really disappointing, since we chose this hotel mainly for its spa, and in the end we had to go to another hotel to enjoy a proper spa experience. The walls were dirty, and the parking was expensive and very narrow. Everything went downhill when it came to the food. I really don’t recommend paying extra for half board. The dinner was quite bad — it felt like eating in a canteen. The food arrived cold and didn’t taste good at all. The dessert was old and hard (probably a few days old). For a 4-star hotel, you would expect fresh food. Because of that, even though we had already paid for dinner, we decided to eat elsewhere — in proper restaurants, where we could enjoy fresh and tasty meals. Overall, very disappointing. Definitely not worth more than 3 stars.

If I can give less than 1 star I would gladly give this hotel (-100). I’ve never been treated worse than this. I had an issue with my booking and I called to clear the issue with the hotel. (Was not expecting a refund) due to an emergency, I had to cancel my stay and wanted to change the dates for a later stay, I called the hotel 10 times to solve this and every time I have a trainee answering the phone not knowing the policies of the hotel. At the end, they let us know that they will allow us to use the balance at a later date at a higher rate and we asked them to send us an email confirming this. Once we hung up, we received a refusal email. Wow, how professional. You think this is the end??? Of course no. I call the hotel one more time, once they answer, all is good and they can hear me clearly, until I give them the confirmation number, then suddenly, they couldn’t hear me anymore even after I made the effort of moving around the house for better coverage. (My coverage is fine). After I suggested that the problem might be from their side, they got offended and simply hung up. I would like to suggest to this hotel that if you don’t want to waste money on customer service trainer, please use Youtube at least.

I stayed at this hotel for a week with my family, and honestly, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly—special thanks to Ralph for his exceptional hospitality. The location is fantastic, with many attractions nearby, especially if you have a car. The pool is excellent, and the hotel offers a range of great amenities, though I didn’t get the chance to try them all. One of the best features is that the bathrooms are equipped with a bidet spray —a detail that made our stay even more comfortable. There are just two minor points worth mentioning: the room didn’t have air conditioning, but the staff kindly provided a fan, which helped; and the breakfast could use a bit more variety. That said, these small issues don’t change my overall impression—I’m still giving a 5-star rating. I truly loved my stay and will definitely be coming back!

This is a convenient location for relaxation. The room is clean and pleasant. The service and hospitality are good. Cons: the gym is very small. There's also a bit of a cramped space for breakfast.

We stayed for 3 nights at Elements Resort Hotel in Zell am See. The check-in staff gave us a free upgrade which was a nice surprise. The room was clean. The bathroom had a spray bidet which is rare in European hotels and useful for us. Lighting in the bathroom could be improved. White light would be better. We did not use the pool, spa, or gym. The breakfast buffet was decent but nothing special. Most staff were friendly. One check-in staff member seemed a bit unprofessional but not rude. The check-out process was smooth. The website said check-out is at 10 AM but the staff told us it was actually 11 AM. They should fix the info in their official booking website. The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from the PEZZ shopping mall which has a grocery store and café. Parking was split. Free spots next to the entrance were usually full. Paid underground parking had more space. The gate opens with your room key but the entrance is narrow. You also need to display a parking paper in your car. The hotel has no air conditioning. We were told it gets cold at night. But when I opened the windows, it did not feel cold as expected. According to the weather app, it should have felt colder. To this day, I don’t know why it felt warm. The hotel is not ideal for those who want to be in the center of Zell am See. It was not a problem for me because I had a car. The location was good for me because it is quiet, away from tourists, and near locals. I loved that I could hear birds chirping like a nature background video playing. I rarely hear that in European cities. It was my first time experiencing it. We would stay here again.
