Pick up from the airport was great, check-in was easy and the crew was very polite. Very good transport back to the airport the next morning

Very nice hotel. Clean. Free shuttle to airport

We had a great stay. We were a group in Boston on business, and we were all very impressed with every part of this stay. I will book this hotel in the future for all.

Nice hotel, great airport shuttle. While there is food at the bar, plan to take a ride from a service if you want something different than bar food.

The hotel is very quiet, clean, and new. There don't seem to be any dining options nearby, but there is a bar with food next to reception. We had a 6am flight. Receptionist Oscar was very helpful and booked us a 4am taxi.

It was close to the airport and they provide shuttle service to and from the airport which was convenient on our part.

Perfectly fine place to stay near Boston Logan airport. Excellent fitness room for a hotel of this caliber.

Great place to stay!

We arrived late and Matthew took great care at checking us in. He also helped with how to get to downtown easily. The hotel was great, clean and a good breakfast. I would stay again.

$30 parking lot no good

The front desk was quick to replace the lightbulb, fix the shower handle, and fix the stopper in the sink that were not working properly or broken. The only complaint I have was the water pressure, but I don’t know that they are able to fix this problem. Everything else was wonderful!

The property was great as was the room. My only complaints are the pillows were too soft, no neck support. My biggest complaint was the fact that I wasn’t notified that the airport shuttle would not be available until after 5:00 am until after I booked and paid for the room. Most shuttle services I’ve used run every hour or as needed for the really early flights.

The shuttle was timely, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the facilities were well maintained. It’s very close to a train station.
