The first room they put me in was dirty. It was full of hair. The hair was in the bed, shower, and toilet. I complained and they put me in a nicer room but there was still hair everywhere. Again, the hair was in the bed, shower, and toilet. The hotel doesn’t keep the rooms sanitary. I would not recommend because the rooms are filthy.

No hand soap, empty hair conditioner, lots of hair in the bathroom.

Great location located right in Centro. We were able to check in early with no haste.

love this place, this is our 3rd stay, staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice pillows and comfortable bed. It's only 2 blocks from major shopping areas.I only was a little disappointed that althougth we had bottled water, no glassed were in room, not even disposables. And the rooms had windows that we could open but the windows had no screens, so we had to close them or mosquitos would get the best of us. But all in all we love this place.

Everything it's close to the hotel

Very impressed with the food quality in the restaurant. Definitely the best part. Also the presentation was top notch as well as the service by Lorena. Nothing in the hotel felt cheap, still it was a great value. Will definitely book again.

We had stayed here on a prior trip, and stayed in the 3rd floor. On this visit we were placed in a 1st floor room, it was very nice, but extremely noisy. The bar is located only a few feet from the room, and the dinning area is also just a few feet away from our door. Employees woke us up at 7 am as we could hear all the converstions going on. We like the rustic feel, but next time we will request a room on a different floor.
