This is our second stay. It is a great location for Ohio State football games. We enjoyed the outside area with fire pits. I would recommend this hotel.

Different

The breakfast is not good and not complimentary. The bathroom sliding door gives no privacy / sound proof. I did love the shower products in large dispensers instead of wasting small bottles of product.

I just want to say Kristin the manager was unbelievable!! I went thru Expedia to book my room and there was a problem with the 3rd party (Expedia) paying the hotel for the room. Kristin went above and beyond to help me with this. She was very persistent and after over an hour she finally got ahold of Expedia and got this taken care of. Kristin is the type of employee every company dream of working for them and shows she really cares. Aloft should be grateful to have an employee like her! Checking in was bad! And checking out was really bad. Front desk should have better customer service

Nice stay

Easy check in, amenities are great, and outside bar the great place to wind down.

Overnight and was great

I’ve never had a room that literally looked like it was falling apart. The bathroom door would get stuck and not even close properly, there was makeup stains all over the glasses in it room, no trash bags in the trashcan, the seal on the shower door was falling off so water was everywhere, toilet paper holders couldn’t even hold the toilet paper, the couches had weird dust all over it. There room was a total disaster. Last time we had 0 issues. After this start I won’t be staying here again.

This hotel was soo nice!! And the desk clerks were amazing every time I encountered them! Not to mention the security is great!

Everything was great, stayed here before.Just one problem, have to ask for housekeeping, to do my room on a Sunday. No staff available rooms should be cleaned every day

very nice hotel

Although I was a little confused looking for the lobby because is it is really on the second floor, I had a wonderful stay. The place was really clean and smelled great. They are really pet friendly.

Small room and few amenities

Oh, I love the place. It was very up-to-date. Aesthetically pleasing only thing is you can hear the people above you walking other than that. It’s a great location at the restaurant. That’s really good across the street. Me and my best friend is definitely booking again.
