Excellent location, very quiet and clean, comfy beds, super friendly and efficient staff. Great range of well cooked food, presented with care at breakfast. Parking available a bonus!

Clean, good location, excellent breakfast.

Bra rum. Tyst, lungt och fräscht. Helt ointresserade i receptionen vid incheckning tre dgr i rad. Trist. Mycket begränsad frukost på liten yta. Hörde flera andra gäster som vid frukosten beskrev restaurangen där de ätet middag som ”fullkomligt urusel” både avseende mat och personal

Indtjekning uden problemer, men mangelfuld information om hotellet generelt. Der manglede information om funktion af varme, air-condition mv. mangelfulde udbud af retter i restaurant, utrænede unge medarbejdere som ikke rigtig kunne svare på simple spørgsmål om retter. Morgenbuffet var rigtig god og alsidig. Værelset fungerede fint, gode senge en fantastisk udsigt over by og hav.

Stayed over for 4 nights. Hotel well located to the town centre and the breakfast was decent.

Lovely hotel very close to train station ,ferry port and .town centre . Comfortable clean room found it rather hot at night and couldn't open the window . Good breakfast with a good selection of food. No tea and coffee facilities in the room .

A perfectly situated hotel for a long weekend. Very nice room, beds in our taste and spacious for two. Breakfast was also good, had everything we wanted. The scrambled eggs was the best we've ever had. The hotel also has a roof top bar, very convenient. Not far to walk into the city centre, and there was a parking lot less than 100 m from the hotel. We will come back and stay again.

It is a nice and clean hotel. However, the rooms lack basic services such as slippers, a water kettle, coffee and tea, and toothpaste. I have been to many hotels, and you would expect such services in a hotel of this level. Also, they take parking fees.

Bathroom was Bad. Water IS running on The floor. Bahttube id slipery, showerwater spreds alla over. There was no pide. Room nro 601, expencive one.

We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed with a lovely surprise in the Palma Suite – bubbles and snacks waiting for us. Such a thoughtful touch! Even though we had to leave early the next morning, we managed to enjoy the most amazing breakfast with lots of homemade treats. Absolutely delicious! Overall, a fantastic experience – highly recommended!

If rooftop bar closing 2200 on a Friday. Its no good service and even the restaurang was closed 2200 so no not good at all

Fint hotell, kalt inrett på rummet. Ingen tavla på väggarna. Ingen vattenkokare eller kaffemaskin tyvärr. Annars rent och snyggt och fräscht. Bra frukost.

Utomordentligt bra hotell med riklig och god frukost. Utmärkta parkeringsmöjligheter. Gångavstånd till Ystads centrum.
