The Air conditioner was not working. I ask many times but they didn't fix it. And I spend whole day and night without Air conditioner. There is no one in the reception from 3 pm to 10 am next morning. If you want some help you can not do anything.

The check-in process is completely independent. There is no breakfast, but the room, shower, bed were all very comfortable. Location is convenient and walking distance for everything you need.

Newer hotel in Fruška Gora Termi. Adults only. Very intimate high end hotel. Limited spa options but a sister hotel spa privileges are included. Food is excellent. Pasta Bolognesa was delicious. Still lacks international marketing and few staff speak English. If you must have fluent English go to Moevenpek at 2x the price. We had a one bedroom apartment for $225. Surrounding is spectacular. Terrible rooms with no windows, the entire hotel room smelled like poop. When we brought this up to the staff, we were told it was the only room available so they couldnt do anything about it.

The staff was friendly, location is great - everything is closed and walking distance. In room was cold at the night, the heat didn't work properly and only one blanket provided. Also curtains were falling so everyone can see inside specially during the night when you are using lighta on (it's a parking area behind the window).

The accommodation is very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. If you arrive outside office hours, your documents and key will be prepared and left for you at the reception. Please make sure to check your email before your first arrival, as it contains important information explaining where the parking area is located.

Room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable, but it was very difficult to enter building and limited reception - I was waiting outside for a very long time until someone came to open the door

Clean room, heated floor was a nice touch. Nice bathroom and close to the center of town.

Easy to find and very friendly staff. It was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the street behind the hotel was kind of busy in the early mornings and sometimes there was very loud music.

Check-in and check-out were easy to understand, and they listened to my requests. The room was clean and the location was great. Thank you!

Nice hotel

This place has apts too. There is only about 6 hotels rooms. The woman on reception is only there from 9am - 3pm. But you can ring a number if you need anything. My my was very modern & clean. They will clean your room everyday, if you so wish, just like a hotel. It was so peaceful there. They even did my laundry there, for a fee of course. Would definately stay here again. Highly recommend it .100 meters from tram & bus stops.

An easy going place to stay. Room were clean and with necessities. Parking was a bit tough to get to.

Location and price were excellent. I would stay again when in Belgrade. Staff were friendly.

It was honestly fine. Not extravagant, but I didn't pay for that either. The room was fine for the price and I have no complaints. I especially liked the size of the shower ... much better than the one I had on my last trip. Reception and receptionists was fine too. And the locations was good (for me) too. In the end it comes down to one simple thing: Would I like to stay there again on another trip? Yes, yes I would.

The rooms are new and on the main floor level with the reception. Shower is great. Beds are lovely and receptionist is kind.
