Property was quiet, clean, beds comfy.

Nice and quiet hotel

It had all the basics, comfy bed, clean property, easy access to city. Wasn't great for where we were trying to get which was poor planning on our part. There was a woolworths nearby, but not much else.

Old complex, they trying2do up with all mod-cons u need for a very competitive price with parking as out in suburbs with almost no room cleaning during our10day stay and had2constantly go down2reception to get replacement supplies (rarely brought up2floors2us)....

Car parking, bus stop at door step with easy access to Woolworths and Maccas close by.

I ahd flown in from Canada that morninga nd they let me checkin early, helped with my bags and gave me a late checout out. They were also extremely friendly. I stay in a lot of places and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property was comfortable and as we expected. The staff member was great offering an excellent, if unexpected, recommendation for somewhere nearby to eat (we arrived at 8:00 p.m.) - an excellent Mexican food truck a few minutes walk. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.

I was very happy with the easy parking and access to the accessible room I booked. While I have mobility issues, I am not a wheelchair user, and there are a few issues for me. The bed was a little high to get into and out of easily. More grab rails in the bathroom would be helpful. The towel rail near the door would be better replaced with a more substantial rail, and a rail between the door and the basin would be helpful. I was injured when I slipped on a wet bathroom floor in another motel, and feel rab rails are an essential in accessible rooms.

the apartment was not very clean the carpet was stained the doona cover although clean has marks and stains on it. only limited toiletries available in the shower only nothing on the vanity. the mirror was so low only a 4 foot person could use it to shave or do they hair. towels were thin. for the price we could have stayed in better but was located close to the location we needed. will not be returning.
