Comfortable room, clean, friendly staff!

The room was clean, but the outside door by the side parking lot keypads did not work. It was frustrating to have to walk around the building. The breakfast serving lady was friendly and very helpful and polite. She was fantastic at making each guest feel special!

We planned to stay for one night and stayed four! Staff were extremely friendly and patient. Room was quiet and very clean. Nightly recommend

We were checked in quickly and friendly. The hotel is clean and up to date. Restaurants are walking distance. I would highly recommend.

Manager was very helpful and friendly. Offered to post bail if necessary.

I got charged twice for the same room booked online with y’all and paid on there and made me pay again when I got there have two charges on the credit card for $160 and $20 and one for $180

The room was great. Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub was nice. My only complaint is we had to switch rooms 3 times due to tvs not working. Overall stay was nice and accommodating.

Our stay was comfortable and quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing was the electrical plugs in the room were different and could not use them for the cpap machine.

From the greeting upon arrival to the checkout, this stay was exceptional. The room was spotless and extremely quiet. Loved the view of the golf course.

The lady working in the breakfast area was very nice and checked on us several times to make sure everything was okay while we were having breakfast. She was friendly and kind. I think her name was Lucy I can’t remember

The bed was not comfortable. But I ADORED the staff. Best happy people and went above I look for breakfast items, there is no real butter and needs better coffee cream options. I visit Duncan once a month every other month.

We didn’t travel due to weather concerns. We didn’t stay and were not refunded our payment.
