We really enjoyed the property. It is right next to Duomo square so access to everything. We enjoyed the funky interior that is well done and clean and up-to-date. If you're coming to experience this part of town, this is a wonderful option.

Amazing hotel, great location. The breakfast was phenomenal. Would return here again.

Great location. Rooms were large and had everything one would need including lots of candy AND a Dyson blow dryer and iron. Staff was amazing!!!!

Close to Duomo

Absolutely loved this hotel. What a fantastic location and the rooms themselves were so comfortable. It's a little loud at night if you leave the windows open but so super quiet once closed. The restaurant upstairs is delicious and charming. 10/10 would stay here again. The chocolates and free mini-bar was aces.

The location of this property is why I chose this location. Its maybe the best location if you want to be in the middle of the shopping and Duomo area. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Note its a candy themed room and it is everything that the pictures say, not really my deal but did not really care either way. The roof top restaurant has a great view and the staff was amazing. Make sure you ask for Franco!!! The think for the price and the location its a great stay.

Staff unfriendly

Chocolates on the pillow cannot make up for a room that's too small, no chair for reading, no air conditioning (how bout a ceiling fan?), no concierge service. We knew the room rate was outrageous but we expected good service and amenities.

Beautifull room. Spotty to weak to non-existant wifi. Great shower and hot water. Very comfy bed. Geat coffee in room. Room tended to be hot...set a/c to 17 but never got there. Mini bar drinks free.

The desk staff did not appear to knowledgeable is taxi status, could not communicate where taxi stands were located. The PM staff said not to call a taxi until the AM. Then the AM staff said we should have had a taxi called in the PM. The front desk could not call a taxi. This mess caused us to miss our long awaited tickets to the Last Supper.

Loved our stay. Will be back!

Best location at Duomo and shopping center

A little over the top with the candy theme. If it’s your thing, you will love it. A bit too much for us and a lot of neon. Chocolate room was slightly more subdued, but the cotton candy room was something else!

Hotel is nice, clean rooms. Carpet needs to be changed or cleaned. Only disadvantage to this hotel is, it’s super loud, it’s on the Main Street, you will hear ppl talking and cars honking till 3 pm. But it’s walking distance to everything.
