They are doing construction. Both times that I stayed there, I got the construction side, and not the side with a view. The staff are friendly, and helpful.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I will be happy when they have finished the remodeling and can offer a pool for guests.

There is construction going on at the property. The restaurant in the hotel is very good with good service. The rooms are clean and well stocked with the necessities. Good value for the price.

We were not aware that there would be construction underway, and no pool or gym at the current times. Other than that, the restaurant was wonderful and the staff were five stars! It was easy to get access to places via the hotel shuttle. We would come back to the property when the expansion is finished.

Nice hotel, especially as a focal point for activities. Food in the rooftop restaurant is excellent and also a great spot to watch the sunset. I enjoyed the Italian sausage appetizer, which was a huge portion. But also the crispy beef tips, pork belly with white rice and the pork chop 😋 Food isnt consistent, though (2nd time I ordered the Italian sausage, it was overcooked and the garlic bread was barely toasted with any garlic) and I was only there 2 nights, but ate at the restaurant 3x. I stayed in the suite, which was huge, but IMO not as functional as it could be. Lots of 'white space' in the room that could have easily held a full dresser. The bathroom also was huge, but could have easily held a double sink, but the room was spacious enough. It was a bit noisy only because of construction building a connecting building for more rooms, a pool and a gym. So the only view from my window was the concrete walls. I feel the front desk reception could use some customer service training, but I like that you can walk along the water and reach the 'downtown' area in under 10 minutes. I was in Belize City because I stayed in beautiful San Pedro for 7 nights and wanted to enjoy a full-day excursion.
