I've stayed here several times, but this time the experience was truly disappointing. I stayed for two days in a 2-bedroom room, but for two days the TV in the room couldn't be watched at all, and the electric stove couldn't be used. I've complained to the apartment agent, but there's been no meaningful action or response from the agent. Furthermore, the deposit I gave as a guarantee to the agent upon check-in of 200,000 Rupiah, has only been transferred back to me for 100,000 Rupiah as of today. There's no explanation or follow-up from the apartment agent as to why it was only transferred back to me for 100,000 Rupiah.

The best place, and I happened to get it on the 3rd floor with a direct view of the swimming pool. Furthermore, for a very affordable price, you get the following amenities: - electric stove - complete cooking utensils - cold refrigerator - cold air conditioning in each room (3 air conditioners) - family room (table, chairs, TV, Wi-Fi) - still in the same area as Swiss-Bellcourt - swimming pool - indoor and outdoor children's playground Yes, the low price is something to consider, don't expect everything to be all-inclusive. Examples of things outside the price range: 1. Yes, just prepare a parking fee of 4,000 Rupiah per hour for cars 2. Bring your own toiletries and towels 3. Yesterday, there was a problem with the deposit refund, which took 2 days (to be returned), but the solution was: - don't forget to take a photo when checking in - if you chat with staff, don't forget to take a screenshot - then don't forget to take a photo when checking out - send everything via WhatsApp to the official staff officer listed on the ticket

My second order was through Channelstay. My stay here was pleasant. I'm just trying to find a solution for parking. Parking is so expensive that it can't be covered. I hope there will be improvements in the future.

There were no towels available, the room was stuffy, and the bathroom blower was broken. Overall, everything was good. Check-in and checkout were easy.

The mattress smells like someone's used bedsheets, the AC is leaking, there's no soap, the TV remote is broken and ugly!!!

The staff is friendly, but cleanliness needs to be improved. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the shower was broken, you have to ask for towels and toothpaste first, the rest is fine.
