Swiss Belhotel Solo is the hotel I wanted to stay in. From the friendly receptionists to the friendly and authoritative security. I really wanted a room at the end of the building, room 1601 with a view of the Nusukan Underpass and the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Solo, Surakarta. When I was at the gym, all the equipment was very clean and well-maintained. The swimming pool has a beautiful view and the hotel is magnificent. When I ordered food online, the hotel staff and security were very prompt in taking my order with my name and room number. When I had breakfast around 7:30, there was a wide variety of food available. The chicken and beef sausages were delicious, and the garlic chili sauce was very spicy. The bartender kindly made me a large glass of Solo iced tea. The various fried snacks, fried freshly, were delicious, and the noodles were delicious. All the service at this hotel was very friendly. Good job!

The service at the restaurant was okay, and the receptionist was also okay, and the room was clean. However, it's a shame that, in a hotel this large, I wasn't escorted to my room when I was there. So, after leaving the reception, we went to our own room. Usually, when we stay at a hotel, we're always escorted to our room. But perhaps they were busy taking care of a group of guests. But all of that was offset by the excellent service from the restaurant staff and security. Hopefully, the Swiss Bell Solo hotel can continue to improve.

Got a great room with a view of the Sheikh Zayed Mosque and the sunrise. The staff were all friendly and prompt. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a wide variety of food and drinks. Swimwear and towels are provided at the pool. You can leave your luggage before and after check-in. Highly recommended.
