Very good, the room is clean, has a balcony with a beautiful view, is in a central location, but there's no elevator so it's a bit tiring to get there.

The hotel does not have an elevator, the room has many insects (mosquitoes, cockroaches).

The hotel room is relatively good but the kitchen area is very dirty. There is no drinking water, shower gel, shampoo in the room, every time I need something I have to run down to ask, hot water is used for about 15 minutes, I have to shower with cold water. The hotel does not have a phone in the room nor an elevator, so every time there is a problem, it is very difficult to go up and down. The plus point is that the room has 2 balconies which are quite cute and airy.

The room looks exactly like their photos. Big, clean and very comfortable. The staffs are friendly. Their coffee shop at the ground floor is good. Located at center of the city. But their motorbike supplier was a little bit horrible, check your helmet carefully before wearing it.

The reception is very enthusiastic, the room is open
