Lack of help at front desk...6 plus people standing in line. Hotel needs more counter help.

Front desk was super friendly, attentive and informative. The rooms were clean and modern. No noise could be heard through the walls. 10/10

The breakfast is 'billed' as being free; I am sure that it isfactored into the room rental price so since the 'guest' is paying for the service it should be excellent all items should be hot or cold as the case may be and of sufficient quantity to handle the population at the hotel.

Its like coming home. The staff is always helpful.

CLEAN AND COMFORT

Stayed here and it was perfect except for the service. It was understaffed. You go downstairs to buy some food and so you end up waiting. The kiosk for self check-out didn't work. At breakfast, their staff is kind - great service there. But at the front desk, in a three day stay, I waited there in line at least 6 times over 10 minutes. One person when I got there refused to give me a glass of water. Told me I needed to be a Hilton SomeKindaSomething member. I didn't want a bottle, just a glass of water.

It was a nice hotel for a reasonable cost. I would go there again.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed—the property was clean and well-maintained, and the hotel had a sleek, modern feel. I was warmly welcomed by Hakeem at the front desk, who immediately made me feel at home. He offered a genuine compliment and went above and beyond by providing a list of local restaurants we could try. His hospitality set a great tone for the rest of my stay. When I entered my room, I was pleasantly surprised to see a personalized welcome message on the TV screen with my name. It was such a thoughtful and unique touch—I had never experienced anything like that at a hotel before, and it truly made me feel valued as a guest. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I noticed no signs of pests—everything felt fresh and well cared for. The highlight of my morning was the continental breakfast, which exceeded expectations. Honestly, it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Overall, my one-night stay was excellent. Kudos to the team—keep up the great work! I would absolutely stay here again in the future!

New and clean

The hotel had a weird smell to it, I thought it was just my floor but realized it was the hotel itself. The staff was friendly upon arrival, but were extremely rude during breakfast. The room overall was spacious, but there weren't any drawers or anywhere to put your clothes except a small open hanging space.

For the last time! We did not stay here. Power went out in the hotel and surrounding area and checked out to stay in a different hotel.
