The room has a queen bed but the twin mattresses are combined into one, the middle feels like there is an edge to the mattress, maybe the bed sheet could be thicker to cover the twin that is made into a queen, the rest is okay, the hot water is lukewarm but strong.

Actually, staying here was an emergency, it wasn't good or bad, it was just average considering the price, but the elevator was stuck when I was on my way to check out, so I ended up going up the stairs, even though I was on the top floor.

Everyone has their own struggles. Hopefully, they can bounce back someday. Continued success.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms.

Location 5 minutes to the airport, mattress, AC, and hot water OK. But for leaks heard in the room and in the hallway. There is a deposit of 50 thousand. The elevator when used is safe although there are notes.

The hotel staff is friendly, the service is good, the place is quiet and comfortable, the AC is not cold enough, the water heater doesn't work so the hot water doesn't come out, and the cleanliness of the room can be improved.

Good enough just to rest and wait for a flight. There is also a lift.

Water leaked from the bathroom next door and the TV didn't turn on.

strategic location near the airport and roadside, near minimarkets and eateries, staff are quite friendly, spacious bathroom (1/3 of the sleeping area), got a rate of around 200 thousand with the desired room and AC, soft and comfortable mattress, TV with Netflix, my MRT is very good.

Everything is okay, but the blocked water causes flooding.

Friendly staff, fairly clean room, cold AC. Worth the price. Note: towels need to be upgraded, electrical outlets need to be added.

You should think twice about staying there. It is not recommended at all unless you are forced to.

Unfortunately the AC was leaking and we only got 1 towel, with the excuse that it was still in the laundry, but overall it was okay.

I am quite satisfied staying here, Price: still affordable Size: not spacious, quite narrow, there is a small window Bathroom: clean, all equipment works well, there is a hot water shower, but the water is a bit smelly, get 2 towels and amenities Bed: clean and soft, there is a reading lamp but it is broken Table: there is a table that can be folded under the TV, and free 2 bottles of mineral water TV: works well, there is Netflix Service: the receptionist is very friendly, I checked in at 12 midnight, was directed to a room with a window Other facilities: there is a lift that works well, if you want hot water it is available on the 1st floor suggestion: Add a water heater in each room so that customers don't need to go to the 1st floor
