There is no information that guests must present an antigen-negative letter on the application hotel voucher. But, when we arrived tired and wanted to rest, the apartment management asked for an antigen letter. We decided to canceled and choose another hotel to stay not via application! There is no info at all explaining that guests must bring an antigen letter on the hotel voucher that we received from the application. But when we arrived tired and needed to rest, we were asked for an antigen letter from the apartment manager. We decided to cancel and choose another hotel to rest.

Suddenly the room was full and the hotel owner asked to just cancel it. Disappointing.
