Overall good business hotel. Public onsen right next to the hotel and Komeda cafe. Very good location. Also it is in front of station.

Good free breakfast. Bed very hard with uncomfortable pillows. Super convenient to train and meals and bath house. Shuttle to ski resort also right outside-free.

So glad that heard about this place! Right next to the bullet train. It was perfect for going to Arai every day! Be sure to book the free shuttle in advance to get to the mountain (ski resort). Fantastic breakfast! They even hook you up with pajamas! Too bad I don’t bother with those.😛 It was appreciated nonetheless.

The hotel was decently quite for being right next to the train station. The staff was nice and the complementary breakfast was always good too. The washers and dryers were also easy to use.

The area is very close to the station and onsen, which is a good location. The time of serving breakfast is also perfect.

Typical Toyoko Inn in the middle of nowhere. Great if you are traveling with Shinkansen as it it right by the station.

Good choice if you are using the station as you literally walk out the hotel and into the station. Had everything you need and a good breakfast. Hard to be understood in English but we were in Japan!

This hotel is in walking distance to the train station in a nice, open neighborhood. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance and an onsen as well as a Lawson. Very convenient location. I really enjoyed our clean space. For the breakfast, my only concern is that some of the items were heavily salted. Other than that, I would stay again.

Always love this hotel, when my car was snowed in, staff came out helping me to shovel my way out and called a large heavy operator machine to clean part of the lot so I could get out. For a business hotel, I can’t get enough of how convenient it is. By far the most comfortable and best stay in Joetsu for a convenient price. Will be back again.

After staying here for five days, I went to LOTTE arai resort and only two days later I came back again. Between a luxury resort and a business hotel, I found this place to be a bang for your buck. It was really a more comfortable bed pillow and stay. It was very updated, rooms were great and we had plenty of space in the double room this time over the two twins. Overall I really enjoyed my time, parking was ample and staff was very friendly. Next time coming back will have to take a look at the Toyoko membership and stay the same place. The location very central when visiting ski resorts only 20-35 mins per ski resort drive distance. Super convenient.

Breakfast was free, but very basic. Perhaps due to the coronavirus situation. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was a bit small, but the price was right, and being only 1 minute away from the station, I really can't complain.

駅チカで利便性は最高だと思います。 今回は子ども達を連れてスノボに行く際に宿泊しました…清潔感ある素敵なホテルでした！ 今回は車で行きましたが、駐車場が雪のために埋まっいて、ギリギリ停める事は出来ましたが、降雪時は早めのチェックインをおすすめします。
